Equity Partner, Commercial Litigation — London

Leading international litigation team is seeking an equity partner to join its London office to lead and expand commercial and IP litigation matters. The role focuses on high-stakes disputes across courts and arbitration, with cross-border US-UK work expected.

The right candidate will fit the team's core industry focus — technology, life sciences, healthcare, public companies and financial institutions — and help grow transatlantic litigation capabilities, including stronger West Coast/US-facing litigation work.

• Established equity partner or equivalent with a proven track record in commercial and/or IP litigation (court and arbitration experience).
• Portable practice and demonstrable book of business relevant to the team's industry sectors.
• Strong client relationships and experience handling high-value, cross-border disputes.
• Ability to work collaboratively on US-UK matters and to help develop the team’s West Coast/US-facing litigation pipeline.
