Our Media & Entertainment group is seeking an outstanding music lawyer to join a team ranked by independent legal directories. The role involves advising a diverse clientele, including major and independent labels, publishers, artists, songwriters, producers, and digital platforms.
Day-to-day work spans recording, distribution, publishing, management, and production agreements; live events; merchandising; sponsorship and endorsement arrangements; content licensing for digital music services; and acquisition/exploitation of music rights across film, television, games, and theatre. The role also includes corporate and business structuring.
