Our client, a leading international law firm with a premier restructuring practice, is seeking a high-profile lateral partner to join its London office. This is a strategic growth opportunity to join a platform that has recently expanded its debtor-side and capital solutions capabilities and is recognized among the most profitable firms in the industry.

The firm represents a broad range of clients, including private equity sponsors, asset managers, and financially distressed companies, on both the debtor and creditor sides of the table. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portable practice and the ability to cross-sell and unlock revenue from the firm's existing client base.

The successful candidate will have:

• An established and portable book of business with transferable client relationships
• Deep experience in debtor-side restructuring, creditor-side restructuring, and/or complex capital solutions
• A track record of acting for private equity firms, asset managers, and financially distressed companies
• The ability to integrate into a collaborative, platform-driven team
• A meritocratic, high-performance mindset
