Partner, Cross-Border Private Capital & Restructuring — New York

An established international law firm is seeking a partner to help lead and grow a cross-border private capital and special situations/restructuring practice. The role focuses on serving a strong US client base with close collaboration across key international offices, particularly London and select European markets.

The position offers an opportunity to build a market-facing team, originate work across private equity, finance and restructuring matters, and contribute to a growing transatlantic platform. Candidates should be comfortable working on complex, cross-border transactions and special situations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Demonstrable partner-level experience in private equity, finance and/or restructuring matters
• Proven track record of originating and developing client relationships across the US and Europe
• Strong cross-border transaction experience and ability to lead teams on complex matters
