IP Senior Associate - Chemistry

Senior associate role in a national intellectual property practice focused on chemical technologies. The position combines patent prosecution and litigation work across a range of clients and technologies.

The role is open to candidates to be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C. You will work with experienced IP teams on high‑quality matters and contribute to both drafting and enforcement strategies.

Candidates should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

• Graduate degree or technical background in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a closely related field.
• Significant experience in patent prosecution and related patent litigation matters.
• Admission to a U.S. bar and strong academic credentials.
• Willingness to provide law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts upon application.
