Senior associate role in a busy IP practice seeking a chemistry-trained attorney to support both patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. The position offers work on complex, technology-driven matters with senior counsel across disciplines.

The role is open to candidates willing to be based in any of several U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.). You will join a collaborative team that handles cross-office matters for domestic and international clients.

J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. bar (active or eligible)
Technical background in chemistry (degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field); advanced degrees preferred
Demonstrated experience in patent prosecution and familiarity with patent litigation matters
Strong drafting, analytical and oral communication skills; USPTO registration a plus
Transcripts from law school and undergraduate (and graduate, if applicable) required
