Our Frankfurt office is seeking associates, both with and without professional experience, to join our Corporate practice. In this role, you will advise clients on cross-border transactions, including M&A, equity investments, and joint ventures. We are looking for candidates with excellent legal qualifications, a completed legal education (full juris doctor equivalent), and a strong interest in international projects and complex legal matters.
