Singapore-qualified lawyer
0–2 years post-qualification experience in corporate real estate (preferably at a leading local or international firm)
Experience with leasing and cross-border real estate transactions
Strong academic record and good drafting skills
Commercial mindset, proactive approach and sound judgment
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
Clear written and verbal communication skills
