We are seeking a Singapore-qualified associate to join a busy real estate team advising on a broad mix of transactional work. The role offers exposure to acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, property development documentation and due diligence for local and regional clients.

The team works on cross-border matters with domestic real estate stakeholders and international investors. This is a hands-on role suited to an associate who is comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts, managing due diligence, and coordinating with other practice groups.

Qualified to practise in Singapore (or eligible for admission).
Experience in real estate transactions: sales/purchase, leasing, development agreements, and due diligence.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; attention to commercial detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client-facing responsibilities.
