The team is led by recognized private funds practitioners and handles complex regional and cross-border work.
This is an opportunity to work within one of the largest regional legal networks, advising on sophisticated funds and investment management matters for clients across the region.
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1 to 9 years' PQE
- Experience in funds and investment management
- Good grounding in general corporate law
- Strong communication and drafting skills
- Initiative, drive and commercial acumen, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
