Apply in confidence →We are seeking a junior associate to join an established international firm's Employment & Labor team in Warsaw. The role focuses on employment law advisory within transactional and corporate matters, including employee-related aspects of M&A and multidisciplinary projects.
Day-to-day work includes employment due diligence, legal research, drafting opinions and employee-related documents, and collaborating with colleagues across practice areas. The role offers client contact, mentorship from senior lawyers, and exposure to complex, cross-border matters supported by modern workplace technology.
- Completed law degree (or final-year student with defence expected by June 2026).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Polish employment law (due diligence, legal research, drafting employment documents and opinions).
- Fluent Polish and very good written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and well-organised.
- Advantage: experience on transactional projects (employment DD) or exposure to corporate/capital markets work (resolutions, minutes, corporate opinions).
