Junior Associate, Labour & Employment — Toronto

Join a global law firm’s Toronto employment & labour team as a junior associate. The role offers exposure to cross-border and domestic employment matters, advising employers and responding to workplace disputes, compliance and regulatory issues.

The team combines local labour law experience with international resourcing and aims to provide practical, commercially focused advice. This position is suited to a lawyer early in their career who wants to develop substantive litigation and advisory skills in employment law.

• Law degree from an accredited school and membership in, or eligibility for, the Ontario bar
• Some exposure to labour & employment work (clerkships, internships, articling or early associate experience) preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; attention to client service
• Ability to work collaboratively on multi-jurisdictional matters and manage competing priorities
