We are seeking a junior employment lawyer to join a busy social law team in Toulouse. You will work within a regional employment & social security department alongside a team of lawyers and jurists, supporting clients on advisory and litigation matters and occasionally leading training sessions.

The role involves advising employers across a broad client base (SMEs, national and international groups, public entities and non-profits), handling individual and collective employment disputes, contributing to business development (legal monitoring, trainings, articles) and working with other practice groups on multidisciplinary matters.

Qualified to practise as an avocat in France (or equivalent admission to the French bar).
Academic background and early-career experience in employment/social security law (internships, clerkships or junior associate experience).
Experience in both advisory work and employment litigation; comfort running dossiers and appearing in hearings.
Strong drafting and oral communication skills; ability to deliver trainings and contribute to business development.
Team player capable of working in a multidisciplinary environment and fluent in French.
