Join a growing investment funds team in Luxembourg within a large international law firm. The role offers hands-on exposure to the structuring, formation and regulatory operation of both regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, working on cross-border matters and supporting senior lawyers on fund authorisations and ongoing compliance.

Typical responsibilities include preparing and reviewing fund documentation, advising on AIFMD and marketing/distribution rules, liaising with the Luxembourg regulator as required, taking part in client meetings, and contributing to legal research, publications and presentations.

The team provides supervisory support and training and expects associates to contribute to client service and business development as they progress.

1–3 years' post-qualification experience in investment funds at a law firm (Luxembourg experience preferred)
Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar advantageous
Law degree; good knowledge of Luxembourg and EU investment funds and regulatory framework
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
Independent, diligent team player with strong research, drafting and client-facing skills
