Senior knowledge-management role within a debt finance team in Luxembourg. The post supports a full range of debt finance work including leveraged finance, asset, real estate and infrastructure finance, fund and corporate lending, syndicated facilities and private credit across domestic and cross-border matters.

You will conduct legal research, draft memoranda, practice notes and client briefings, maintain and expand the team’s know‑how and templates, and coordinate local and global knowledge initiatives. The role includes organising trainings, internal events and contributing to publications and client-facing materials.

Strong academic background in law with experience drafting articles and delivering presentations or training.
Excellent legal research and writing skills; interest/experience in civil/contract law, private international law, security/collateral and insolvency matters is desirable.
Proven project management, organisation and prioritisation skills; able to drive initiatives to completion independently and as part of a team.
Fluent English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish an advantage.
High accuracy and attention to detail; strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with knowledge-management tools a plus.
