An international finance team is hiring a junior lawyer to support capital markets, structured finance and banking transactions, and to advise on related regulatory matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation and working on multi-jurisdictional matters.

You will collaborate with teams across jurisdictions and with major financial institutions, contributing to complex deals while developing technical expertise in finance and capital markets.

  • Qualified or soon-to-be-qualified lawyer with up to 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; French required, German and/or Luxembourgish an asset
  • Team player who can also work independently; client- and solution-oriented
