Junior Restructuring Associate — Paris

Join a leading international law firm’s Paris restructuring team as a junior associate. You will work on a range of complex cross-border and domestic restructuring matters for French and international clients, including both amicable and judicial reorganisations with financial, strategic and occasional contentious elements.

The team is compact and specialist-led, offering close supervision, formal training and hands-on exposure that will accelerate technical development in restructuring and insolvency work. • Master 2 (or equivalent) in law with a focus on distressed companies/insolvency.
• CRFPA qualification (Bar admission) required.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated legal rigour.
• Experience in tax matters within top-tier law firms advantageous.
• Excellent French and English, written and spoken.
• Curiosity, analytical ability and a collaborative team approach.
