Restructuring Associate — Paris

An established Paris practice is recruiting an associate to join its restructuring and insolvency team. The role offers exposure to cross-border restructurings, creditor-side and debtor-side mandates, and reorganisations for French and international clients.

You will join a compact, team-oriented group that emphasises training and mentorship for junior colleagues and offers substantive responsibility on varied matters handled domestically and internationally.

• Graduate in law; additional business/IEP/foreign university qualification or equivalent double cursus preferred
• Previous experience in a law firm environment (internships or prior collaborations)
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Autonomous, responsible, team-oriented and client-focused
