Join a global law firm’s Budapest tax team as a Junior Tax Associate supporting Hungarian and cross-border matters. You will work with senior colleagues on corporate tax, VAT and international tax issues, contributing to structuring, transaction support and tax due diligence.

Typical duties include drafting opinions and client materials, conducting legal and tax research, monitoring legislative changes and collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions. The role offers close senior support and structured development within a collaborative office environment.

At least 2 years' professional experience in tax law (law firm, consultancy or in‑house)
Hungarian law degree
Comfortable working with written materials in English and Hungarian
Experience with corporate tax, VAT, international tax, tax structuring and tax due diligence
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and sound legal reasoning
Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines under time pressure; strong team collaborator
