Join a busy corporate/M&A team in Budapest as a mid-level associate (1–4 years PQE) supporting complex, cross-border transactions across the region. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and restructurings for international and domestic clients.

The role involves running due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents (SPAs, shareholders' agreements, NDAs), supporting deal structuring and closings, and coordinating with teams and external advisers across jurisdictions.

Qualified lawyer in Hungary
1–4 years' PQE with solid transactional/M&A experience
Proven drafting and negotiation skills (SPAs, shareholders' agreements, NDAs)
Experience managing due diligence and multiple deal workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, communication and client-facing skills
Fluency in English; ability to work on cross-border matters
Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers an advantage
