Senior knowledge & development lawyer to join a market-leading funds practice, with hybrid/office options in Scotland (Edinburgh or Glasgow). The role supports a high-volume transactional team and focuses on training, precedents, and practice improvement across fund formation work.

You will act as a strategic advisor to fee-earners and senior stakeholders: designing and delivering training, maintaining and improving precedents and know-how, and helping ensure consistent technical quality across matters. Collaboration with partners and practice leads to drive adoption of best practice is central to the role.

Open to candidates with funds, banking or general corporate transaction experience who want to step into a knowledge / development-focused role. The team values practical, commercially minded contributors who can combine technical accuracy with clear teaching and communication skills.

Qualified lawyer with experience in funds, banking or corporate transactional work
Proven experience in training, drafting precedents or developing legal know-how
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
