Apply in confidence →Join a market-leading funds practice as a Knowledge & Development Lawyer supporting a large, cross‑border team. This role sits within a busy funds group and focuses on designing and delivering training, precedent development, and practical guidance to keep fee-earners technically sharp and commercially effective.
You will work closely with senior lawyers to identify skills gaps, influence technical standards and produce user-focused materials (briefings, precedents, checklists and training sessions). The team values collaboration and offers a supportive environment where knowledge management and lawyer development are central to the practice.
We are open to candidates from funds, banking or general corporate backgrounds who want to move into a strategic knowledge role — either experienced knowledge lawyers or strong transactional lawyers seeking broader responsibility.
- Experience in funds, investment management, banking or corporate transactional work.
- Proven experience producing training materials, precedents and practical legal guidance for fee-earners.
- Strong drafting, project management and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work collaboratively with senior lawyers.
- Qualified solicitor/advocate or equivalent UK legal qualification.
