Apply in confidence →Join a national law firm’s Employment, Pensions & Immigration team as a Professional Support Lawyer aligned to a fixed-fee HR product. You will help keep client-facing content, document libraries and guidance up to date, develop training and tools, and support a growing HR-facing service for employers across multiple sectors.
The role combines content creation, product support and limited fee-earning: updating website content and precedents, producing best-practice guides, delivering training, and working with Product & Innovation to identify efficiency and technology improvements. You will also support projects and contribute to modest financial targets through delivery of bolt-on services.
- Qualified employment lawyer with proven experience in employment law and minimal supervision required
- Excellent drafting, research, presentation and training skills; strong attention to detail
- Client-facing skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach and ability to identify commercial opportunities
- Good time management, organisational and IT skills; able to manage competing priorities
- Proactive mindset—comfortable developing resources, supporting business change and working with product/innovation teams
