Apply in confidence →Senior knowledge role supporting a national corporate team with a focus on M&A and transactional advisory. You will sit within an established knowledge function and work closely with corporate fee-earners to improve consistency, quality and efficiency across precedents, know-how and training.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and drafting precedents and practice notes, delivering and organising training, researching technical queries, horizon-scanning legal and regulatory developments, and preparing client briefings and alerts.
A key strand of the role is identifying and implementing new technologies and enterprise AI tools to streamline processes, enhance document review and support legal research; we are looking for curiosity and a practical, change-led mindset rather than a technical specialist.

- Solid corporate transactional background, ideally with M&A experience.
- Experience in or aptitude for knowledge/PSL activities: precedent drafting, know‑how creation, training delivery and technical research.
- Clear communicator able to translate complex law into practical guidance and deliver training to all levels.
- Self-motivated, organised, able to work autonomously and collaborate across offices; curious about legal technology and process improvement.
