Apply in confidence →12-month fixed-term opportunity within a Financial Services Regulatory group serving asset managers, funds and financial institutions across the UK and internationally. The role sits in the regulatory know-how/knowledge team supporting fee-earners on complex FS regulatory matters.
You will manage and deliver know-how products and knowledge services: maintaining precedents and guidance, horizon-scanning regulatory developments, supporting matter teams on technical queries, and driving adoption of legal technology and generative-AI tools. The role involves close collaboration with partners and senior fee earners to ensure consistent, high-quality materials across the practice.
This is a hybrid role open to candidates based in UK offices; the team values commercial judgment, project delivery skills and a proactive approach to knowledge management and regulatory analysis.
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 7–10 years' post-qualification experience.
- Substantive experience in financial services regulation (UK/EU), with strong familiarity with FCA and PRA regimes and areas such as asset management, investment funds, banking and payments.
- Experience in or strong aptitude for knowledge management / professional support functions preferred.
- Excellent drafting and research skills, with the ability to translate regulatory developments into practical guidance.
- Comfort with legal technology tools and a willingness to champion new tech (including generative AI) across the team.
- Commercial mindset, proven project delivery, and ability to build effective relationships with fee-earning teams.
