We are seeking a Knowledge Management Lawyer to join a national knowledge team supporting the mergers & acquisitions and capital markets practice groups. This role is available on a permanent full-time or part-time basis and will be based in either the Melbourne or Sydney office with a hybrid working arrangement.

The role will provide specialist KM support for corporate lawyers: maintaining and curating precedents and practice resources, monitoring legal developments, delivering training and user-friendly guidance, and responding to practice-group queries. A strong focus of the role is identifying, piloting and embedding AI and legal-technology solutions to improve drafting quality, efficiency and client outcomes.

You will work closely with the national KM lead and corporate services teams, project-manage KM initiatives and champion responsible adoption of emerging tools across the practice group.

Admitted to practise in Australia
Minimum 3 years PQE with current experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets law
Practical experience with document management systems and AI-enabled/legal tech tools, and ability to evaluate and drive adoption
Strong drafting, written and oral communication skills and proven organisational/project-management ability
