Apply in confidence →Top-tier transactional practice is hiring a Knowledge Management Lawyer to lead knowledge strategy, precedents and practice-focused know-how for corporate/transactional groups. The role sits within a large, full-service international firm and partners closely with practice teams, practice management, BD and technology groups.
You will manage collections of forms and precedents, drive practice innovation and legal-technology initiatives (document automation, contract analysis, transaction tools, e-signature, etc.), and design and deliver training and current-awareness products to lawyers and clients. The role involves hands-on support to practitioners and coordination across business-services teams to increase efficiency and enable higher-value work.
This role is office-based on a regular hybrid schedule to support collaboration with lawyers and practice teams.
- J.D. and minimum 3 years' legal experience in a corporate/transactional context (law firm or in-house).
- At least 1 year of experience in knowledge management, legal operations or legal-technology support.
- Practical experience with document precedent libraries, templates and version control; familiarity with document automation and contract-analysis tools preferred.
- Strong drafting, research, organizational and training skills; excellent interpersonal and project-management abilities.
- Interest in legal technology and practice innovation; pragmatic, team-oriented and able to work across departments.
