The role offers substantial client contact and hands-on responsibility representing employers in traditional labor matters and workplace disputes.
Work will include advising on union organizing and collective bargaining, defending unfair labor practice charges, handling grievance and arbitration matters, and representing clients before the NLRB. - JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
- 4–6 years of labor & employment experience (law firm, government agency, or comparable setting)
- Experience with traditional labor matters: collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration, union organizing, and NLRB proceedings
- Strong legal writing, research, advocacy, and client counseling skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively
