Labor & Employment Associate — Costa Mesa

Seeking an associate to join a busy labor and employment litigation team in Costa Mesa. The role focuses on defending employers in single- and multi-plaintiff employment litigation in court and arbitration, and handling administrative-charge investigations and responses.

There are opportunities to provide advice and counsel on workplace policies, employee handbooks, training, and other day-to-day employment matters. The position includes access to structured professional development and firm-supported training programs.

• Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the California bar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing California labor & employment law, with civil litigation and/or trial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills; excellent organization and ability to manage multiple matters.
• Client-service orientation and interest in practice development; strong academic credentials.
