Candidates should be admitted in New Jersey and New York and bring strong writing, analytical skills, and collaborative instincts. The office has an in-person work expectation of three days per week to support teamwork and client service while maintaining flexibility.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $225,000–$265,000; total compensation includes bonuses and benefits consistent with role and experience.

3–5 years of substantive defense-oriented employment litigation and counseling experience
Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York
Strong academic record and excellent legal writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage client-focused matters
