High-quality opportunity for a 2nd–4th year associate to join a busy Labor & Employment team in the Florham Park office of a leading international law firm. The role combines defensive litigation work with employer-side counseling across a range of industries.

Work will include defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment claims, and advising employers on compliance matters such as terminations, leaves, performance management and wage & hour issues. The team handles matters for both regional and national clients.

2–4 years of employment-defense experience in litigation (regional or national firm).
Experience defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower and other employment claims; wage & hour experience preferred.
Experience advising employers on terminations, leaves, performance management, compliance, and drafting personnel policies and employment agreements.
Strong academic record, excellent writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage and take ownership of matters.
Admission and good standing with the NJ State Bar; NY admission preferred.
