Labor & Employment Associate — Florham Park, NJ

Mid-level associate role in a busy Labor & Employment group handling defense-oriented employment litigation and counseling matters. The role is partner-track and will work closely with teams across offices.

Candidates should be admitted in New Jersey and New York and bring substantial, hands-on litigation experience. The firm maintains a hybrid in-office policy that asks attorneys to be on-site three days per week to support collaboration and client service.

The anticipated initial salary range for this role is $245,000–$265,000, with additional bonus and benefits components.

• Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York
• 4–5 years of substantive defense-oriented employment litigation and counseling experience
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage client matters
• Willingness to comply with a hybrid in-office schedule (approximately three days/week)
