We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our transactional Real Estate practice group in our Florham Park, New Jersey office. This role will involve handling commercial real estate matters across the country.

Draft and negotiate contracts of sale, lease agreements, and financing documents.
Experience with land use approvals and contingencies is a plus.
Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
