Real Estate Finance Associate

We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join our national real estate practice. This role focuses on real estate lending and finance matters, supporting a range of complex transactions.

• Represent lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions, including origination, restructuring, and workouts.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents, commitment letters, and related agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, title and survey review, and coordinate closings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Significant experience in real estate finance, including lender-side representation.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
