A leading international law firm
Apply in confidence →Our client, an Am Law 50 firm with a globally recognized real estate practice, is seeking a midlevel to senior associate to join its team. This role is open to multiple offices and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters across a wide range of property types and industry sectors.
The practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment. A particular area of growth is the data center space, including colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions and dispositions for hyperscalers, institutional capital, and infrastructure developers.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant transactional real estate experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex documents while interfacing directly with clients and counterparties. Familiarity with AI tools—such as large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration—is a plus. The role also involves mentoring junior associates, so strong leadership and business judgment are essential.
We are looking for someone who is client-focused, analytical, organized, responsive, and entrepreneurial, with a commitment to in-office collaboration and a track record of building lasting relationships.
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, paid holidays, and family care benefits.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the state where the office is located
- 4–6 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Ability to mentor and train junior associates
- Familiarity with AI tools (large language models, document automation, workflow orchestration) preferred
- Excellent business judgment and analytical skills
- Commitment to in-office collaboration
