Top-tier Los Angeles office seeking a 2017–2021 law school graduate to join a busy employer-side labor & employment team. The role focuses on litigation, principally class and representative actions, with additional advisory and internal investigations work.

Candidates will handle wage & hour and discrimination matters and will work on high-volume, complex class litigation alongside experienced litigators. This is a hands-on litigation role with regular courtroom and motion practice exposure.

3+ years' post-qualification experience at a law firm in employment/labor litigation (employer-side preferred)
Experience with class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters
Strong motion practice, depositions and courtroom experience
Ability to manage heavy caseloads and work collaboratively on investigations and advisory matters
