An established AmLaw 100 national firm is seeking an experienced labor & employment attorney to join its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling across multiple jurisdictions, supporting a broad, nationwide client base.

Ideal candidates will be admitted in Nevada with at least seven years' experience handling employment matters—preferably management-side litigation—and be comfortable with all phases of litigation, client counseling, and agency interactions. The role involves frequent client contact, drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.

Admission to practice in Nevada
Minimum ~7 years' experience in employment law (litigation experience preferred, management-side experience a plus)
