Leading national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner to join its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers in employment litigation, regulatory matters, and workplace counseling across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful hire will handle all phases of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, depositions, and client-facing counseling. This is a hands-on role with regular interaction with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel within a collaborative, multi-office practice.

Admission to practice in Nevada.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in employment law; prior employment litigation experience required (management-side preferred).
Comfortable drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
Strong writing, analytical, and project-management skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
