Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation and labor & employment practice in Las Vegas. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability matters, healthcare-related litigation and construction disputes for a broad client base.

Ideal candidate will lead matters from intake through trial, manage and mentor associates, and work closely with practice leaders on case strategy and client service. Opportunity includes responsibility for business development and expanding client relationships in the region.

Portable practice or existing client relationships are welcomed and will be considered in hiring and compensation discussions.

Partner-level litigation experience with a strong track record in employment and commercial litigation.
Experience handling professional liability, healthcare, and/or construction disputes preferred.
Proven trial and courtroom experience, including first-chair capabilities.
Demonstrated client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice.
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in Nevada.
