Leading national litigation firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its securities litigation and enforcement practice in Las Vegas. The role will handle high‑stakes securities disputes and enforcement matters, lead complex litigation strategies, and work with a small team of litigation lawyers.

We are looking for a partner who will run a portable securities practice, develop business in the region, and provide hands‑on mentorship to junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join an established litigation platform with significant national reach while based in the Las Vegas office.

Partner‑level experience in securities litigation and/or securities enforcement matters.
Proven track record of leading complex trials, arbitrations or major contested proceedings.
Ability to bring and grow a portable securities practice and contribute to business development.
Strong team leadership and client management skills; licensed to practice in appropriate U.S. jurisdiction(s).
