Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to build and lead the securities and finance practice. The role focuses on investment management, securities matters and related financing work for institutional and private clients.

The team advises on a mix of transactional and regulatory matters; the partner will originate business, manage client relationships, and supervise deal teams. This is a partner-track lateral role suitable for a lawyer with an established securities/finance practice who wants to grow a portable book of business in the region.

Established partner-level experience in securities and finance, including investment management matters.
Proven origination and client-management skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Track record managing transaction teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Strong knowledge of securities regulation and financing structures relevant to institutional and private clients.
