Seeking a lateral partner to join a full-service law firm’s finance and banking group in Las Vegas. The role focuses on leading banking and finance matters, advising lenders and borrowers on commercial financing transactions and related work.

The team handles a broad range of financing matters; the partner will play a senior role on client engagements, supervise associates, and contribute to business development and client retention efforts. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating or growing finance work are welcome.

Significant experience in banking and finance transactions at partner or senior counsel level.
Licensed or able to be licensed in Nevada (or jurisdiction where work is performed).
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable business preferred.
Experience supervising teams and managing complex matters.
