Senior finance partner role at a well-established US law firm seeking an experienced leader to grow and lead its Las Vegas finance practice. The role covers a broad finance & banking docket, including commercial lending, consumer finance and card programs, and public finance matters.

The team advises lenders, issuers and other financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters. The firm is looking for a partner who will handle complex deals, mentor junior lawyers, and develop or bring portable client relationships to expand the practice.

Established partner-level experience in finance & banking, with significant transactional work (commercial lending, consumer finance, card programs, or public finance).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Track record of leading deals and supervising associates on complex financing matters.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the jurisdiction.
