Lateral Partner, Patent Litigation & Finance — Las Vegas

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a patent litigation practice in a major Las Vegas office. The role will involve managing complex IP disputes, supervising associates, and coordinating cross-practice work with finance and structured finance teams.

The successful candidate will be a visible rainmaker and practice leader, focused on business development, client relationship management, and delivering high‑value litigation outcomes for sophisticated corporate clients. This is a hands‑on role with partnership leadership responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive patent litigation experience, including courtroom/trial exposure
• Proven client development and business‑generation track record
• Experience managing teams and mentoring senior associates
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
