Partner — Corporate & Intellectual Property, Las Vegas

Leading national law firm is seeking a Partner to build and lead a corporate and intellectual property transactional practice in its Las Vegas office. The role will combine M&A/private equity deal work with IP-driven counsel for life sciences and energy sector clients.

The successful hire will originate and supervise complex transactions, develop client relationships across corporate, PE and energy sectors, and partner with litigation and regulatory teams as needed. This is a growth role with responsibility for team development and cross-practice collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive transactional experience in M&A and private equity, with significant IP/life sciences and energy exposure
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
