Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property — Las Vegas

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an established intellectual property practice in Las Vegas. The role will focus on patent and trademark matters, including prosecution strategy, enforcement, counseling and contentious work.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative team advising corporate clients across technology and commercial sectors, taking a visible role in client development and case strategy. The position offers partnership-level leadership responsibilities and opportunity to build a regional IP platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent and trademark matters, including litigation and counseling
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; trial experience a plus
