Leading national practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas IP litigation team. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across federal courts and the ITC, leading trials and high-stakes disputes and supervising associates.

The partner will develop and expand business in the western U.S., manage client relationships, and work closely with cross-office teams on complex patent portfolios. This position suits an experienced trial-focused IP litigator who can both litigate and originate work.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in patent litigation, including dispositive motion and trial experience
Proven client-development and origination ability
Experience managing and mentoring associate teams
