Established national law practice is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment partner to join its San Bernardino office. The role focuses on counseling and defending employers in employment litigation and workplace compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will assume a high‑level role handling single‑plaintiff and class/representative wage and hour disputes, discrimination/FEHA matters, PAGA claims, and employment counseling. The position requires significant client contact and collaboration with regulatory bodies and opposing counsel.

• Admission to practice in California
• 8–15 years of experience in employment law, with substantial employment litigation background (management‑side preferred)
• Experience handling single‑plaintiff employment claims and representative wage & hour matters (PAGA), FEHA/discrimination claims
• Skilled in drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions
• Strong writing, analytical, project management skills; self‑starter who works independently and on teams
