A full-service AmLaw 100 firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for a proactive, senior-level lawyer passionate about taking on significant responsibility across all aspects of labor and employment law.

The successful candidate will be admitted to practice in Texas and have 8–15 years of experience in employment law, with prior employment litigation experience required (preferably on the management side). Employment counseling or in-house experience is preferred. The role involves extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Our practice handles all phases of employment litigation, counseling, and training, with a national footprint and presence in many jurisdictions. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.

8–15 years of experience in employment law matters
