Full-time, partnership-track associate role in a national labor & employment practice. The team handles employment litigation, counseling, and labor matters for employer clients across multiple U.S. offices.

Typical work includes managing employment litigation (depositions, motions practice, case strategy and docket management), advising on workplace issues, and handling labor-related agency proceedings and NLRB matters. The role offers client-facing responsibility and collaboration with partners and colleagues across offices.

Minimum of 4 years' labor & employment experience (class of 2022 or more senior)
Proven employment litigation experience: depositions, motion drafting/arguing, and independent case management
Strong knowledge of the NLRA and NLRB processes and experience with labor agency investigations
Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills; ability to work directly with clients
Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application; prior large law firm experience preferred
