Lateral Associate — Firmwide Opportunities

We are confidentially recruiting lateral associates for multiple offices across the firm's network. Candidates will be considered for openings across a range of commercial practice groups; speculative applications from qualified candidates will also be reviewed for future hiring needs.

The firm seeks candidates who can contribute to client matters from day one, work collaboratively with deal and litigation teams, and demonstrate strong legal writing and analytical skills. Opportunities exist for a range of experience levels and practice backgrounds.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Bar admission or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Strong academic record and demonstrable legal writing and analytical ability
• Team-oriented, client-focused approach; able to work on complex commercial matters
• Practice-specific experience or demonstrated interest in corporate, finance, litigation or related commercial practices preferred
